NAH Brother was created to bring awareness and normalcy to Men's Mental Health. For far too long, men have told to suck it up and stay strong. Yet, suicide rates continue to climb, with men making up over 75% of committed suicides. While in the Marine Corps, I learned about brotherhood and camaraderie, to which was the hardest thing to leave behind when I left. Ever since then, I have missed it, that bond. And sometimes when I needed help, or just someone to talk to, I had no one. NAH Brother was created to remind men that someone is there for when you need help or even just a reminder.
