What is nah brother?

NAH Brother is more than a clothing brand—we're a faith-based brotherhood dedicated to men's mental health. We exist to serve as a lifeline for men who are struggling silently, combining Christian faith with practical mental health support. Every shirt we print and every community we build is designed to remind you: Brother, you're not alone.

Why focus on men's mental health?

Too many men suffer in silence, believing that strength means never asking for help. We're here to break that stigma. Our founder, Justin, openly shares his personal journey to create a space where authenticity, vulnerability, and faith intersect. We believe real strength is found in brotherhood, transparency, and leaning on God through life's battles.

Are you a ministry or a business?

We're both. While we sell products, our heart is ministry. We prioritize building meaningful relationships and a supportive community over one-time sales. Every purchase supports our mission to reach more men who need encouragement, prayer, and a reminder that they're valued.

We offer hand-printed T-shirts and select accessories. Each shirt is personally printed with care, ensuring quality and authenticity. Our designs feature faith-based messages and mental health encouragement that spark conversations and build connections.

Why are your shirts hand-printed?

Every shirt is hand-printed by our NAH Brother team. This isn't about mass production—it's about personal care and connection. When you wear a NAH Brother shirt, you're wearing something made with intention, prayer, and a commitment to quality.

How do I place an order?

Simply visit nahbrother.com, browse our collection, and add items to your cart. We accept all major payment methods through our secure Shopify checkout.

Do you offer bulk orders for churches or groups?

Absolutely! We offer sizable discounts for bulk orders. Contact us directly with your quantity needs, and we'll provide a custom quote. Payment is required upfront, and we handle all logistics in-house.

What subscription options do you offer?

Our Disciple Program is NAH Brother’s monthly discipleship subscription for Christians who want to intentionally strengthen their walk with Christ and put their faith into action.

Each month focuses on a specific theme and includes an exclusive Disciple shirt, weekly emails, Scripture, reflection, and real-world missions designed to challenge you to live your faith—not just read about it.

Every month stands on its own, so you can join whenever you’re ready. There’s no need to “catch up” or start at the beginning.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Disciple is month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will not be charged for future months.

Of course, we hope you stay—not because you're locked into a subscription, but because Disciple continues to challenge you, strengthen your faith, and give you practical opportunities to live it out.

What happens if I cancel mid-month?

If you've already been charged for the current month, you're still a Disciple for the rest of that month.

You'll continue to receive that month's Disciple content, emails, missions, and any items included with the month you've already purchased. Your cancellation simply prevents your subscription from renewing for the following month.

We don't prorate or partially refund a month that has already begun, since the month's materials and benefits are provided as part of a complete monthly experience.

How can I get more involved beyond purchasing?

We'd love to have you join our brotherhood! Subscribe to one of our tiers to access our private Facebook group, attend Zoom gatherings, and participate in community events. Follow us on Facebook and TikTok to stay connected with daily encouragement.

Do you partner with churches?

Yes! We're actively seeking partnerships with Bible-preaching churches that have active men's ministries and aren't afraid to address mental health and faith struggles honestly. If your church fits this description, reach out to us.

Can I share my story or testimony?

Absolutely. Your story matters and could be the lifeline another brother needs. Contact us directly—we'd be honored to hear from you and potentially share your testimony to encourage others.

Do you host events or retreats?

Yes! We're planning our first retreat for 2027. Disciple subscribers receive a discount for each annual retreat. Stay connected through our email list and social media for announcements.

shipping, fulfillment, & returns

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Since each shirt is hand-printed, we take the time to ensure quality. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 7-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we focus on domestic shipping within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us directly—we'll do our best to accommodate you.

How will I know when my order ships?

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through the link provided.

What is your return policy?

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at brother@nahbrother.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: NAH Brother, 406 Grasslands Drive, Pooler, GA 31322. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and work with you to find the best solution.

You can reach us via email or through Facebook Messenger. Justin personally responds to every inquiry, so expect a genuine, thoughtful response.

How quickly will I receive a response?

We typically respond within 24-48 hours. Since this is a one-man operation run by Justin, responses come directly from him—authentic, personal, and mission-focused.

Do I need to be a Christian to purchase or subscribe?

Not at all. While our foundation is Christian faith, we welcome anyone seeking authentic brotherhood, mental health support, and encouragement. Our message is one of hope, and that's for everyone.

How do you integrate faith and mental health?

We believe faith and mental health aren't separate—they're deeply connected. Our devotionals, prayer guides, and coping materials combine Scripture with practical mental health encouragement. We create space for honest conversations about anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and life's battles while pointing to God's truth and grace.
